Mexican Street Corn

This is so easy to cook it’s a shame. The bonus? It makes a great presentation for guests and it flat out rocks. You’ll be pummeled for the recipe. In fact it’s so easy this might be the shortest recipe post we’ve ever done here.


Corn, husked and cleaned
Mexican Crema
Cotija Cheese, grated
Cayenne Pepper


Grill corn until it starts to caramelize and brown, remove from grill and brush on Mexican Crema liberally and roll in Cotija Cheese. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper…that’s it. Now get to it!
