Yet another fusion dish…

I don’t say that about here, I don’t think w’eve ever covered any fusion cooking here but tonight I whipped up a recipe completely out of my cujo. I had a certain set of ingredients and combined them to make this dish that way I didn’t have to go to the store. Maybe thats how these 5 star trendy chef’s get these ideas? Kitchen sink, but refined.

I dusted 2 tuna fillets with some canned dry adobo seasoning, I know cheating but look at that plate! The standard blanched asparagus with a spritz of lime juice made its showing.
